Effect On The World

The tyrannical state of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has a very strong negative effect on the world. Not only do they oppress their own people, but others as well. For example, there have been many Americans that have been detained and even convicted in North Korea. Because of their oppressive laws, it is very difficult to help citizens of America and others that have been arrested and detained in North Korea. I hope that the United States and North Korea can come to a peaceful, diplomatic solution to the problems they face.
